I may not have packaged the game correctly with the file signature, still it's the same files as on Steam. Thus, there may be a security alert during installation.

I sent you an email, but in case it didn't reach you:  the Deep Quagmire of Abyss breaks if you do the Alchemist mandrake quest there. After you do the quest, the option to explore stops responding.

And when uninstalling the game, I got this error:

I tried uninstalling with Revo and it missed the updater and my save files, and who knows what else in who knows where. I'm feeling tempted to reformat and clean install, lol.

Hi, I just began the game and it looks really promising !
I have a question : when I'm sleeping on the floor in any tavern, if I click Adventure Sheet then exit it, the text changes a bit (you sleep among rats/dust/spiders). I guess the text isn't supposed to change when "pausing", but I don't know if it's intentional or not. In any case, the ambiance music is perfect

Hi. I love your game, thank you for making it. By the way somebody was asking about your e-mail . They said it shows at the end of a dialogue or something in the game but when they want to send you an e-mail it says address not found so please can you give me the correct e-mail so that I give that person . And thank you again

Pretty interesting stuff. Was some of the text ai generated as well as the images?

Thanks for packaging an appimage - that makes it really easy to try.

Did you use an engine for this? If so, what was it?

The whole story was hand-written (main and side quests, etc.). I used various tools (including deepl, grammarly and openai api) to reword and improve text since English is not my mother tongue. Some "placeholder" descriptions (such as town description and random NPC descriptions) have been generated (a mix of AI and traditional procedural generation) then manually reviewed.

It's a custom game engine, based on web technologies, because I am a web developer. So you play in an embedded browser, it could have been a browser game. Technical stack: html-js-css.

I am glad you liked the game! Nice score BTW :D

I don't like that it just installed without asking me where. %appdata% is not a good place

Feel free to ask me anything :)
